परभणीच्या गंगाखेड शहरात सार्वजनिक बांधकाम मंत्री अशोक चव्हाण यांनी उड्डाणपुलाचे उद्घाटन केले आणि 24 तासातच या कार्यक्रमाला उपस्थित असलेले परभणी गंगाखेडचे आमदार डॉ. रत्नाकर गुट्टे यांना कोरोनाची लागण झाल्याचं समोर आलं आहे. मात्र चिंतेची बाब म्हणजे यावेळी अनेक आमदार, खासदार आणि अधिकारी उपस्थित होते.
