नवी दिल्ली | समलैंगिकता गुन्हा नाही, असा ऐतिहासिक निकाल सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने गुरुवारी दिला आहे. प्रत्येकाला स्वत:ची स्वतंत्र ओळख आहे. आधी केलेल्या चुका आता सुधारण्याची गरज असून प्रत्येकाला समानतेचा अधिकार आहे. समलैंगिकानांही मूलभूत हक्क मिळवण्याचा अधिकार आहे. आता जुनी विचारधारा बदलण्याची वेळ आली आहे, असे सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाने आपल्या निकालात म्हटले आहे.
सर्वोच्च न्यायालयाच्या या महत्वपूर्ण निर्णयामुळे देशात एलजीबीटीमध्ये आनंदाचे वातावरण पहायला मिळत आहे. अनेक ठिकाणी विविध प्रकारे आनंद व्यक्त केला जात असल्याचे पहायला मिळत आहे.
